iOS 16.4 will be an operating system update that introduces new features and improvements. This update will include some significant improvements, especially in areas such as language support, web applications, music, widgets, commands and configuration profiles.
Language Support:
Swipe support for Russian and Ukrainian keyboard layouts will appear in iOS 16.4. For these languages, it will be possible to write using gesture typing. Additionally, with Unicode 15.0, two dozen new icons will be added to the operating system.

iOS 16.4 will offer the option to add widgets to the home screen to track active orders in Apple Wallet. In this way, users will be able to track their orders more quickly and easily.
Commands:
In iOS 16.4, the Teams app will receive updated scripts such as turning off and restarting your smartphone, VPN operation, and enabling Always On Display on iPhone 14 Pro.
Configuration Profiles:
The ability to change how iOS beta builds are downloaded will be another innovation introduced in iOS 16.4. Users can now prioritize installation of test builds and use the developer beta feature only for training records enrolled in the Apple Development Program.
Accessibility:
iOS 16.4 will add the Dimming Blinks feature to the accessibility section. This feature fades out the flickering content displayed on the screen, thus reducing users' eyesight.
